By using AutoGift (the website at www.autogift.app and the AutoGift browser extension) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use AutoGift.

What AutoGift is

AutoGift helps people choose gifts for each other. Recipients set private preferences and approve gifters; gifters see suggested gift ideas. AutoGift is currently free. We don’t sell products ourselves, process payments, or handle orders. Purchases happen on the stores you choose, under their terms.

Your account

You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Keep your login details safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
Give accurate information, and only invite people you know.

Acceptable use

Don’t use AutoGift to spam, harass or deceive anyone; to access other people’s data; to interfere with the service; or to break any law. We may limit or close accounts that do.

Suggestions

Gift ideas are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, available, or priced as shown. Check products, prices, sizes and details on the store before buying.

Your content

You own what you add to AutoGift. You let us store and use it only to run the service for you and the people you approve, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and availability

AutoGift is new and evolving. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; if we make significant changes we’ll let you know.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from My profile → Account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers

AutoGift is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for products bought from third-party stores.
